Question; What makes you different?

We seek out and find the most beautiful and individual items of Jewellery and gifts. In the main we select Diamonds and beautiful semi-precious stones set in Gold and Silver; the things that are really difficult to find. Most of our pieces are unique and special, we feel it our mission to you with jewellery that is equally as unique and special; that is why almost every piece is one-of-a-kind.

Question; What do you mean by handmade?

All of our pieces have been produced, by hand, to the highest quality. All of the designs have been created to be luxurious and special and to provide you with unique and special items of jewellery. The best word to describe our style is unique and we try to create elegant pieces. The point of our designs is to make you feel as special as you deserve to feel.

Question; Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship our products globally. We use an internationally recognised courier company and items are fully insured. We like to check and finish our items and prepare them for shipping which may take up to five days.

Question; How do I pay for my purchases?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards when purchasing through the website directly and our sales are managed by PayPal. Your funds are retained by PayPal until you receive your items and return them if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Question; How long will it take before I receive my parcel?

We aim to have your purchase delivered to you between 3-8 working days via an insured courier service. If we cannot guarantee delivery to you within 8 working days, we will notify you by email. However we will endeavour to get your purchases despatched to you within 5 working days to allow us to carry out a final inspection of your item.

Question; How long do I have to return a purchased item from your website?

At Geminera London we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. We pride ourselves in our after-sale service. If you have bought an item through us return it back to us for a refund or an exchange, then you have 7 days in which to do so. For further information please visit our Returns Policy page.

Question; Can I return a product, exchange a product or get a refund?

Items can be returned direct to Geminera London within  7 days, using the copy receipt.  When returning items to us the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and accompanied by the copy receipt.

Question: Is your website secure?

This Site takes precautions to help maintain the privacy and security of your information. We use a 128-bit secure encryption technology to ensure that your personal information including credit card details remain secure. We process all of our transactions through PayPal for your security and confidence.

To help us provide the best possible service, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, the products you purchase, and your billing and delivery information. However, we protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information very strictly, and under no circumstances will we sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. We respect your privacy and do all we can to honour the trust you place in us.

Question; Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?

For security reasons, items can only be despatched to the cardholder address.

Question; Can I contact you?

Certainly. You can contact us by email or by telephone and the information is on the Contact page. We are purely online and we don’t have a showroom as this enables us to keep our prices as low as we can for you.

Question; Are receipts sent with purchases?

With every product that is despatched by Geminera London a receipt will be issued and this will be your proof of purchase. This will contain information such as the name and address of the purchaser, the product(s) purchased, along with their price, and the total amount. Please refer to your receipt in event of a return.

Question; Can I get an insurance valuation for my item?

A number of items will already have an insurance valuation included and valuations can be obtained by request for a small additional sum which may vary depending on the value of the item.

Question; How can I find a particular product?

The website carries a range of items and it is interesting to view all of the sections. This has been designed so that you can narrow down your search to find the piece of jewellery or gift that you are looking for. When looking at products, you can narrow down your search by selecting the relevant criteria, such as the particular the type of item. We urge you to look at all the items on the site as we believe they will delight you.

Question; How long are your chain lengths?

Our chains are a standard length of 16”, 18" or 20”. However, this may vary from time to time so if this information is important to you, you can confirm the lengths with us before your purchase, may we kindly ask you to email us at info@geminera.com (or use the "contact us" page) along with our product code and we will be happy to confirm this information for you.

Question; I dont know anything about Gemstones. How do i know what i am buying?

Whether you are new to buying gemstone jewellery or you are just curious there is a long list of gemstones and some are equal to or more expensive than diamonds.

The most well-known gemstones are the precious gemstones. This list of gemstones is very short and includes some of the most valuable gemstones available in the gemstone and jewellery markets.

There are some semi-precious gemstones that are very well known all over the world and some of them are more valuable than some of the precious gemstones.

Question; how do I find my ring size?

Option 1: please contact us and we will send you a free ring sizer in the post

Option 2: using a ring you already own

a) select a ring that properly fits the intended finger and measure the INSIDE diameter of the ring

b) match the measurement on the conversion chart - below - if the measurement falls between two sizes we advise you to order the larger size

TIP: when your hands are cold your ring size will measure up to a half a size smaller

Option 3: using a piece of string

a) select a length of string at least 3" (7.62 cm) long - the string should not be more than 3/4" (1.9cm) wide and should not stretch

b) wrap the string around your finger where you would wear your ring - the string should be tight enough to prevent it from slipping off but not so tight that it is uncomfortable

c) mark the string where it completes one circle around your fing and measure hte length of the string needed to encircle your finger

d) determine your ring size by converting the number of mm's to a ring size chart below, for example if the circumference of your finger equals 15.6mm you would wear a size 5 (or 'J') ring
